  3. Relax before bed – Take a warm bath, listen to calming music or read a book before bed. This can help you relax and wind down before going to sleep.
  4. Limit caffeine – Drinking too much caffeine can keep you awake at night, limit your intake, especially in the afternoons and evenings.
  5. Go to bed at the same time every night – Having a consistent sleep schedule can help regulate your body’s internal clock and make it easier to fall asleep at night.
